Digital Economy Bill [HL]

I thank the Minister. Clearly he needs to develop a more assertive nod of his head. However, that is very helpful. When we examine the terms of the order, we need to make sure that both we and the industry believe that it is sufficiently comprehensive to cover pretty much most of the expected costs. I assume that the consultants will also take a view on whether this is a reasonably comprehensive list of the anticipated costs. On the assumption that that is correct, and without the Minister’s nod, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 59 withdrawn. Amendment 60 Moved by
