My Lords, Amendments 78 and 79 need not detain the House for long. This is all in the interests of elegance of language in Clause 5. The amendments propose to leave out, ""in relation to each relevant subscriber"." New Clause 124B(2)(a) would be much better without those words and with the word "a" substituted for "the" in the third line of that subsection. That wording would still reach the same intent. I beg to move.
