96A: Clause 6, page 8, line 40, leave out from beginning to end of line 3 on page 9 and insert— "( ) An order made by OFCOM under this section approving a code or modification must set out the code or modification. ( ) Section 403 applies to the power of OFCOM to make an order under this section. ( ) A statutory instrument containing an order made by OFCOM under this section is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament."" Amendment 96A agreed.
