Child Poverty Bill

Indeed, I was going to come on to the noble Baroness’s points. However, I gather that my noble friend will wish to speak and perhaps I will deal with that and other points when I wind up. As I said, we do not believe that "nutrition" adds anything to the Bill. We have given consideration to secondary school children but, as there is a potentially significant cost attached to that, we believe that it is right to focus the investment on primary school children. I commend the government amendment.
