Bribery Bill [HL]

6: Clause 7, page 5, line 4, leave out subsection (1) and insert— "(1) A relevant commercial organisation ("C") is guilty of an offence under this section if— (a) a person ("A") associated with C bribes another person, (b) the bribe was in connection with C’s business, and (c) a responsible person, or a number of such persons taken together, was negligent in failing to prevent a bribe."
