Thank you for that clarification, Madam Deputy Speaker. I think we are all looking forward to the Minister answering these questions, as only the Minister can reveal what is behind this motion. I look forward to finding that out. Finally, will the Bill's provisions that apply to wheel-clamping on private land also apply to ticketing, because financial implications are equally evident there? Will the appeals process be applicable to parking tickets as well? The financial implications need to be explained.
