Proceeding contribution from Andrew Rosindell (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 4 February 2010. It occurred during Legislative debate on Crime and Security Bill (Ways and Means).

Crime and Security Bill (Ways and Means)

We are still waiting with bated breath to hear what the Minister will have to say. I am baffled—we are all baffled—as to what the Government are trying to achieve, because we have not been given a proper explanation. Perhaps this constitutes a lesson: if the Government wish to table a motion of this sort, they should at least explain what they are doing.
