Proceeding contribution from Peter Bone (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 4 February 2010. It occurred during Legislative debate on Crime and Security Bill (Ways and Means).
Crime and Security Bill (Ways and Means)
I think my hon. Friend is about to end his speech, but I should say at this point that I am in a dilemma. If the House divides, I shall not be sure how to vote, because I have not heard the Government's argument. Has my hon. Friend any advice for me?
