Proceeding contribution from Shailesh Vara (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 4 February 2010. It occurred during Legislative debate on Crime and Security Bill (Ways and Means).

Crime and Security Bill (Ways and Means)

I am most grateful to the Minister for giving way. She said the motion has little to do with cost, but may I remind her that it refers to""charges in respect of the cost of adjudications"?" As she said earlier that this has everything to do with charges and little to do with costs, I would be grateful for some clarification.
