Proceeding contribution from Lord Hunt of Wirral (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 9 February 2010. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Equality Bill.
Equality Bill
My Lords, I thank the noble Baroness, Lady Turner of Camden, and the noble Lord, Lord Lester of Herne Hill, for their important contributions. I also thank the Minister for her reassurance. The concept of Ministers dreaming something up over breakfast is chilling, but perhaps we will leave it at that. She has given me the reassurance that I sought so I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 116 withdrawn. Amendments 117 and 118 not moved. Amendment 118A Moved by
