8: Clause 6, page 3, line 25, at end insert— "( ) In making regulations under subsection (1)(c), (d) and (e), the Secretary of State must have regard to the desirability of ensuring that the calculation of the net income of a household is carried out in a way which gives an accurate indication of the material deprivation of a child in that household."
