Procedure Committee: Second Report
My Lords, I had not intended to speak but on behalf of the European Union Committee, I thank the Procedure Committee and the Leader of the House for all the work that they have put in to bring these proposals forward. That has required a lot of work and a number of meetings, which will enable our committee to do our task of scrutiny more effectively in future.
