Cluster Munitions (Prohibitions) Bill [Lords]

We do not seek to introduce new powers in British legislation for us to have access to buildings and properties in other parts of the world. Other countries would probably declare our power to do so rather ultra vires. Question put and agreed to. Clause 16 ordered to stand part of the Bill. Clauses 17 to 20 ordered to stand part of the Bill.
