Cluster Munitions (Prohibitions) Bill [Lords]

I am grateful to the Minister for his explanation and, in particular, for the assurance that article 7 of the convention, in itself, provides a legally binding instrument to govern what the United Kingdom has to do in respect of stockpiles. In view of those assurances, I beg to ask leave to withdraw the clause. Clause, by leave, withdrawn. Schedules 1 to 3 agreed to. The Deputy Speaker resumed the Chair. Bill, as amended, reported.
