The Budget as it relates to Wales
On a point of order, Mr Brady. Unaccustomed as I am to raising points of order, perhaps I can seek clarification regarding the normal custom and practice with statements, because we are hearing this one blind for the very first time. It is singularly difficult for Back-Bench Members to make useful contributions to this debate when we have had no sight of the statement whatsoever. I thought that it was custom and practice to distribute it.
