The Budget as it relates to Wales
We know that the scale of the problem was a deficit of £150 billion every year. The coalition Government have decided that the solution is to increase taxes and to cut public spending. To give us an idea of what alternative solutions there may have been, will the Chief Secretary tell us how much is being raised through measures such as the 50% top rate of tax on high earners?
