The Budget as it relates to Wales
One major change in the Budget is the increase in capital gains tax. Many of us welcome the fact that it was not as punishing as rumours suggested that it might be. What response has the Chief Secretary received from people who may be affected by that and what assessment has he made of the effect the change may have in Wales?
