The Budget as it relates to Wales
On a point of order, Mr Brady. I am sure that the Chief Secretary, despite the clandestine manner of his coming here, did not do so to mislead the Committee, inadvertently or otherwise. A few minutes ago, he told the Committee that no party went into the general election saying that it would not raise value added tax. His party leaders were cavorting in front of a massive poster, which warned people about the Tory tax bombshell.
