Ah, in the Welsh Assembly Government. I hope the right hon. Gentleman will make available to me the paper trail that confirms that work was being done on the question in the Welsh Assembly Government, at his request and on his understanding. He will have access to his papers; I do not and I am not privy to the advice he was given. If the right hon. Gentleman says work was being carried out on the question in the Welsh Assembly Government, he should produce the correspondence and the paperwork that back that up.
