Legislative Programme and Budget Statement (Wales)
If we are going to look at the record of our Labour Government over 13 years, which I am more than happy to do, I should point out that the budget for Wales was more than doubled. It went up from less than £7 billion to nearly £16 billion. Now it is to be cut. The Barnett formula was doing very well for Wales.
