Proceeding contribution from Lord Hain (Labour) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 30 June 2010. It occurred during Queen's speech debate on Legislative Programme and Budget Statement (Wales).
Legislative Programme and Budget Statement (Wales)

The Liberal Democrats’ control of Swansea county council has resulted in an absolutely repugnant policy of cutting funding for schools massively and disproportionately compared with any other county council in Wales. Schoolchildren in Swansea are suffering worst as a result of Liberal Democrat policies.
