Will the right hon. Gentleman at least acknowledge that the pupil premium policy, which my party fought on in the general election and which will be a feature of the coalition Government’s policy, will have positive Barnett consequentials for Wales, to support the disadvantaged children to whom the hon. Member for Swansea West alluded?
