Proceeding contribution from Guto Bebb (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 30 June 2010. It occurred during Queen's speech debate on Legislative Programme and Budget Statement (Wales).
Legislative Programme and Budget Statement (Wales)
My constituency is hugely dependent on small businesses. A pension pot of around £100,000 is required to generate a pension of £5,000 a year. Over the past 13 years, the Labour party has attacked private pensions and not once did we hear about the struggles of small business men trying to ensure that they also have a decent retirement.
