Proceeding contribution from Albert Owen (Labour) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 30 June 2010. It occurred during Queen's speech debate on Legislative Programme and Budget Statement (Wales).

Legislative Programme and Budget Statement (Wales)

Without such passports, Britons travelling to America, Australia and other countries would have to provide fingerprints.
