Legislative Programme and Budget Statement (Wales)
I add my congratulations to my hon. Friend on being elected to the Chair of the Welsh Affairs Select Committee. It may interest him to know that I have already written to my Cabinet colleagues to suggest that if any parts of their Departments need relocating outside the expensive metropolis, Wales would be a very good recipient of them. Perhaps through his good offices, he will know that I have been a loud voice for Wales on that point.
