Legislative Programme and Budget Statement (Wales)
My hon. Friend is right; my right hon. Friend the Member for Cynon Valley and my hon. Friend the Member for Blaenau Gwent were both trying to speak. What surprised me was that the only Liberal Democrat Member who seemed interested in speaking today was the Chief Secretary to the Treasury, and we did not hear anything from other Liberal Democrat Members who were sat as far back as possible.
