Proceeding contribution from Alison Seabeck (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 16 September 2010. It occurred during Backbench debate on Strategic Defence and Security Review.
Strategic Defence and Security Review

Gentleman is making the case he is making, but is he aware that there would be a considerable cost to the Government in bringing the troops back from Germany in that we would have to pay the German Government considerable sums in order for them to take back some of those capital assets?
