Proceeding contribution from Nick Boles (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 12 October 2010. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill.

Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill

It is every two years, actually, because there are mid-terms. That is the time when all this should be done. It is the right way to conduct elections and to handle these matters, because it responds to how people think about the issues, rather than politicians.
