Superannuation Bill
6: Clause 3, page 2, line 43, leave out subsections (2) to (ii) and insert— ““(2) Where a civil service compensation scheme, or any part of that scheme, is challenged in Court, the provisions of that scheme and any settlement made under that scheme shall remain in place until the Court has made a final determination about the legality of that scheme.””
