Comprehensive Spending Review
Does the hon. Gentleman accept that if 1 million more people are on the dole, it would cost the country something in the order of £6 billion a year, increase debt and bring about the problems that we had in the previous Tory Government under John Major, when debt was rising because of incompetent policies and cuts?
