I think, with hindsight, that the regulation could have been better—of course it could—but we did not have any help from the Conservatives over the crisis. Every decision that we had to take they ran away from. They were wrong on Northern Rock and on how to deal with the banks, because they ran away from the issue. I remember that in the week that the big decisions had to be taken, they were nowhere to be found, because they could not come to a decision on what to do. [ Interruption. ]
