Comprehensive Spending Review
As I have been invited to respond, I can only report on the discussions with the Secretary of State for Defence and with the Minister. I also recognise the support of the Secretary of State for Wales and the Under-Secretary of State for the project. I am upbeat about the opportunities of St Athan within the budget approach available. St Athan is the right location, as is recognised by many in the military.
