Comprehensive Spending Review
I congratulate my hon. Friend on her work in championing the cause of electrification and also her work in the all-party group on rail in Wales. Does she agree that in the new year that group should invite the Secretary of State for Wales and the Secretary of State for Transport to explain to it why there has been this delay in the announcement of electrification?
