Comprehensive Spending Review
Does the hon. Lady agree that it is not helpful to describe the project as having been shelved? My understanding is that the decision is still to be made. There is a great deal of support and strong feeling on both sides of the House among Welsh MPs that we need to pull together and lobby as hard as we can on this to make sure that it goes ahead.
