Postal Services Bill
Moya Greene, the chief executive of Royal Mail, said to the Bill Committee:"““I think that if the Bill does not go through, you will see a continuation of what have been chronic problems for Royal Mail.””––[Official Report, Postal Services Public Bill Committee, 9 November 2010; c. 4, Q3.]" She was very clear with us that this is a path that Royal Mail has to go down.
