Sale of Tickets (Sporting and Cultural Events) Bill

I do not think that I am making a frivolous or a self-indulgent speech. I ask such Members whether any of them have talked to their constituents about their intention to block this Bill. If they have, I would be interested to know what they heard. If they spent their Fridays out and about meeting their constituents, rather than habitually causing parliamentary mischief, they might have a better idea of what their constituents sent them to Parliament to do.
