Proceeding contribution from William Cash (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 25 January 2011. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee of the Whole House (HC) on European Union Bill.
European Union Bill
The investigation order has not yet been debated in the European Standing Committee, as far as I am aware, so we should bear it in mind that although the Minister made a statement—on 15 June, I think—it is none the less still subject to scrutiny.
