Proceeding contribution from Richard Fuller (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 2 March 2011. It occurred during Debate on Prevention and Suppression of Terrorism.
Prevention and Suppression of Terrorism
On my hon. Friend's point about the critical importance of prosecution, is he aware that many of the conditions that apply for control orders also apply for immigration bail conditions: relocation, restriction on communication and tagging, all without any charge and imposed indefinitely? Does he agree that it will be an omission if those restrictions in the conditions are not also considered for change in the review?
