22D: Before Clause 11, insert the following new Clause— ““Increased use of post office accounts The Secretary of State shall give due consideration to how the use of post office accounts, and the facilities available in respect of them, may be extended and shall lay a report before Parliament within three months of the commencement of this Act.””
