Proceeding contribution from Lord Shipley (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 9 June 2011. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill.

Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill

My Lords, I wish to put on record the support of my noble friend Lord Palmer for this amendment as he is not able to be here. We agree that this would be a very useful trial to undertake.
