240KA: Before Clause 119, insert the following new Clause— ““Allowing the sale of alcohol to children In section 147 of the Licensing Act 2003— ““(6) A relevant officer may give a notice requiring a person who has committed an offence under this section to attend a prescribed training course. (7) The Secretary of State must make regulations to provide for training orders for people who commit an offence under subsection (1) of this section.””
