129M: Schedule 5, page 280, line 29, at end insert— ““(ba) the amount of any levies and special levies— (i) issued to it for the year, or (ii) anticipated by it in pursuance of regulations under section 74 or 75 of the 1988 Act, or (c) the amount of any expenditure it estimates it will incur in the year that will be qualifying expenditure in taking steps to give effect to the result of any qualifying local referendum held in an area consisting of, or including, the whole of its area.””
