133ZD: Clause 70, page 59, line 1, leave out from ““must”” to end of line 3 and insert— ““(a) decide whether or not to carry out a procurement exercise relating to the provision on behalf of the authority of the relevant service to which the expression of interest relates, and (b) either— (i) carry out such an exercise, or (ii) negotiate with the relevant body on the terms on which the body may carry out the provision of the relevant service.””
