School Funding Reform
I hope that the finance will be flowing in this financial year. That is the intention. I appreciate that Harrow, like a number of local authorities in London, including Tower Hamlets, Barking and Dagenham, have specific problems. We need to look at them all in the round in order to ensure fair funding for all.
