148AC: Schedule 9, page 307, line 45, after ““designations”” insert ““(or withdrawals of designations)”” 148AD: Schedule 9, page 308, line 6, at end insert— ““(ba) suspending the operation of any duty of a local planning authority under paragraph 6 or 7 of Schedule 4B in cases where they are considering the withdrawal of the designation of an organisation or body as a neighbourhood forum,”” Amendments 148AC and 148AD agreed.
