150F: Schedule 9, page 316, line 17, at end insert— ““( ) In preparing a neighbourhood development plan the qualifying body must— (a) have regard to the policies set out in the development plan, approved development plan documents and other local planning policies, (b) set out in the neighbourhood development plan the ways in which the policies in the plan differ from those referred to in paragraph (a), (c) comply with the provisions of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and (d) comply with the provisions of chapter 1 of Part VIII of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (Trees).””
