166D: Schedule 13, page 345, line 17, at end insert— ““(3A) After subsection (2)(b) insert— ““(ba) in the case of an application for an order including provision authorising the compulsory acquisition of statutory undertakers' land, the effect of the compulsory acquisition on any such statutory undertaker,””.””
