Proceeding contribution from Baroness Browning (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 20 July 2011. It occurred during Debate on bill on Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill.
Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill

Perhaps I may come back to my noble friend Lady Hamwee’s point and concerns. I have to say to my noble friend that we feel that the Bill as drafted and amended provides the checks and balances that she is asking for.
