20: After Clause 2, insert the following new Clause— ““Powers of the Service Complaints Commissioner In section 339 of AFA 2006 after subsection (1) insert— ““(1A) The report of the Service Complaints Commissioner (““the Commissioner””) made under subsection (1) may include the results of any investigation by the Commissioner into potential defects in the service complaints system, and any recommendations flowing from such investigations.””””
