Proceeding contribution from Lord Rosser (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 6 September 2011. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Armed Forces Bill.
Armed Forces Bill
I thank the Minister for his reply and for what he has said about the review of the complaints system. I do not think he said when he expected the review to be completed but I hope it will be dealt with fairly quickly rather than dragging on and on. I will obviously reflect on the Minister’s response, but in the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the Amendment. Amendment 20 withdrawn. Amendments 21 and 22 not moved. Clauses 3 to 8 agreed. Clause 9 : Unfitness through alcohol or drugs Amendment 23 Clause 9 : Unfitness through alcohol or drugs Amendment 23 Moved by
